• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, I do ship internationally to selected countries! However, please make sure that nail polish will pass through your country’s customs before ordering. All import/customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  I cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing or do not make it through your country's customs. If the package goes missing, there will be no refunds. If customs of your country rejects the package and returns it to me, I can refund the total cost of your order but not the shipping cost. If customs keeps or dispose your package because of importation´s policies of your country, the money will not be refunded.

• Order & Shipping Information?

  Due to my work schedule, I can only ship twice a week (usually Tuesdays and Thursdays) Once the package is out of my hands, I am no longer responsible for it.

  Please note that I will ship via registered air mail. You will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number once your order ships.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 3 and 12 weeks.

  Shipping to the USA takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive.
